My name is Lily, I am a 21 year old graduate from the University of Bristol. I would describe myself as a very chatty, bubbly person who has a lot of experience in childcare, tutoring and teaching and I want to make your experience with tutoring as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

I believe a holistic approach works best with children, building a rapport so we can work together to understand how the child works best, whether that be visually, auditory, kinesthetic or reading and writing. I believe that there is not one approach that can work for all children. I have 4 years of experience in childcare and I want to encourage students and make learning fun.
The typical length of a lesson would be an hour, but it can be made shorter or longer depending on the student's needs and content.
I have 1 and a half years of experience tutoring primary school children English and Maths and I am working towards my TEFL qualification as I spent the summer in Thailand teaching English to secondary school students in a rural school. I am big on making learning enjoyable and I believe that positive reinforcement and encouragement can grow children's confidence so they can achieve well.
I can tutor any age primary school children English. I am also available to tutor English Literacy and Lang at GCSE level, I was awarded an 8 and a 9 the year they changed the system and continued with English Language at A-Level so I have been there and I know how to push students to do well.
