About Anya

I grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Chicago for undergrad. I majored in Psychology and completed the pre-health requirements. Currently, I am getting my master's from NYU in Oral Biology with the intention to attend dental school next.

About the lesson

I love to work with students in an engaging and enjoyable manner. I believe that one of the hardest barriers to cross in math is the mental block so I hope to help my students gain a sense of confidence and maybe even find it fun! I am able to teach pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, some statistics, and some discrete. I also have a strong background in non-calculus based physics, general chemistry, and biology.
