About Maddy
I am Maddy, I am 23 years old, I absolutely love the gym and training but more so I love the theory side of personal training and strength and conditioning!
I hope to one day be travelling the world and working remotely so why not combine by two interests (travel and training/strength and conditioning), and do what I want to do which is travel and work remotely while sharing my skills and knowledge!

I have a First in a Sports Performance and Coaching degree completed in 2021.
