About Lia
I am a friendly, outgoing individual. I am very good with kids and get along well with them! I have been a babysitter/nanny for six years and I have worked at a Summer camp for three years. I am organized, good at communication, trustworthy, and patient. I understand it can be difficult to learn certain subjects so I will make sure I work calmly and slowly with the students in order to make them feel comfortable and seen. I will not pressure or push the children in ways they shouldn't be pushed, but I will challenge them enough so that they are getting the education that is right for them.

I will move step by step to ensure your child understands the material correctly. I will apply the I do, we do, you do method, to get the child to not only understand the concepts, but also be able to do them on their own. I took a Teaching Practicum course at college which taught me how to properly work with children. I will be a Kindergarten teacher in the Fall and I have had lots of training working with and teaching children. My lessons are specifically for elementary level.
