I want to share my knowledge because
1. It helps in increasing confidence:
Be it you working for any organization or your children studying in school or college when you and your children share your knowledge with your peers or colleagues, it sends a green signal to your brain that you know the solution to the problem. When your peers understand the answers, it gives a sense of contentment to you and your children that you helped someone, and it helps in reaping positive effects on the mind muscles.
#2 It brings a healthy discussion to the table:
When you share your knowledge and wisdom with others, you involve many ideas altogether. These different innovative ideas can help in building a strong base for the future. It involves like-minded individuals together and brings healthy communication.
#3 It helps in inspiring and motivating others:
When you discuss what you have learned and share it with others, it helps in motivating yourself and others. It helps in inspiring and ignites the flame of passion among individuals. The positive words of appreciation and valuable information being shared helps in growing one another. Sharing your knowledge acts as an induction effect to other individuals and helps them expand their knowledge, too, along with yourself.
#4 It helps in building a professional network along with positive relations:
Whenever there is an informative discussion about any topic, it involves building and boosting a professional network. Healthy conversation helps in building a community, and in return, helps in forming positive relations.
#5 It helps in retaining information:
When knowledge is shared, it helps in retaining the information. When you sit in a group, your subconscious mind automatically saves the information, and you share your opinion and point of view, that in return helps in retaining the information.
