I consider myself a friendly and kind person, patient and approachable. I have a sense of humour and think this is fine to have a laugh as long as we get the job done. I enjoy meeting new people and building a rapport. I want my students to look forward to my visits, not dread them. I'm always open minded and respectful. I'm enthusiastic and compassionate.
