About ARPITA
Hello! I’m Arpita from India, currently pursuing my MA in English Literature. I have 3 years of home tutoring experience teaching school students through personalized one-on-one sessions.
I teach English, Bengali, and Social Sciences in a friendly, patient, and interactive way. My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to help them feel more confident, comfortable, and motivated while learning.
I focus on creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves without fear of making mistakes.
My classes are especially suitable for beginners, school students, teenagers, and learners who prefer a relaxed and encouraging learning atmosphere. I enjoy making lessons engaging through conversations, discussions, practical examples, and interactive activities rather than relying only on memorization.
As someone with a background in literature and communication, I value creativity, critical thinking, clear communication, and building strong student connections during the learning process.

My teaching approach is friendly, interactive, and focused on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can learn confidently at their own pace. I believe students understand and remember concepts better when lessons are practical, engaging, and discussion-based rather than based only on memorization.
I teach English, Bengali, and Social Sciences through personalized and student-focused methods. My classes are designed to improve communication skills, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, vocabulary, and overall confidence in learning.
A typical class usually begins with a short discussion or revision session to understand the student’s current level and comfort. Depending on the subject and the student’s goals, lessons may include conversational practice, explanation of concepts, reading exercises, discussion-based learning, pronunciation guidance, storytelling methods, current affairs discussions, or interactive question-answer sessions.
For Social Sciences, I focus on helping students understand topics clearly through examples, simplified explanations, and real-life connections instead of rote learning.
As a teacher, I am patient, supportive, and beginner-friendly. I especially enjoy helping students who may feel shy, nervous, or lacking in confidence while learning.
