About Amy
I earned my bachelors of science in elementary education from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri. I am certified in grades first through sixth. I began my teaching career in kindergarten readiness preschool. This gave me the opportunity to work with a variety of levels of learning and enhancing my ability to create lessons that meet the individual needs of each student in new and exciting ways. I currently teach in a self-contained fifth grade classroom at a private faith based school which gives me the opportunity to work one-on-one with students at many academic levels. As a mother of six, I enjoy making connections and finding individual learning paths that create a path for growth and academic success.
