About Sam
Hi, I'm Sam. I am a recent graduate with a First-Class Honours Degree of Bachelor of Science (Advanced), majoring in Genetics & Evolutionary Biology.
I completed my studies at the University of Adelaide, graduating in 2020, where I now demonstrate/teach third year students Research Methods in Evolutionary Biology.
I also have ~7 years experience in the wine industry where I worked as a Lab Tech in the Barossa Valley. The analysis I conducted included using wet & dry chemistry techniques to determine the chemical properties of wine products. I also utilized a multitude of microbiology techniques to monitor the fermentation of wine and for quality control purposes.
