About Abigail

I have worked as an actress in theatre for the last ten years, on tour with The New Vic, at ST Martins Theatre in the west end, Secret Cinema, and The Windsor Theatre Royal, as well as a variety of short films, commercials and several small tv & film roles. I find a huge amount of enjoyment in helping my students to discover a free and truthful way to develop and play a character. I work on vocal technique and stagecraft alongside character development, all are put strongly in to practice in prep for LAMDA exams

About the lesson

I will expertly guide you or your child through the technical and creative preparation for LAMDA exams in Acting, Verse & Prose or Public Speaking. My professional training and ongoing work as a professional performer means I have a strongly developed technique that will empower and uplift you or your child's learning. Tailoring lessons for all needs and understanding the nuances of the individual and how best to nuture them is my forte. I aspire to empower!
We work on finding truth, developing a character and creating a space to be bold, strong and confident in expression.
Tutoring for all ages, Entry level LAMDA (KS1) through to teens taking LAMDA Medals, drama school auditions, and adults alike wanting to hone skills, or actors for self tapes.
Lessons last one hour, via zoom, or in person in South Somerset.

Perfect! Abigail is great! Very friendly and approachable. Enthusiastic but sensitive.
