About Maëlle
Hello!
Passionate about languages since my earliest childhood, I graduated in Applied Foreign Languages (English, Spanish, Italian) at the University of Tours.
I speak English (+ 12 years of practice) and Spanish (10 years of practice) fluently (C1/C2) as well as French which is my mother tongue.
Furthermore, I studied 6 months in Spain, at the faculty of translation and interpretation of the University of Granada, where I was able to translate into 3 different languages.
My numerous trips as well as my hobbies (reading, watching films and series in original version, reading international news...) allowed me to be fluent in English and Spanish which for several years now.

There are as many teaching methods as there are students who want to learn a language. For my part, I favour dialogue above all: a language is mainly practiced by speaking and it is through this way that I will be able to assess the overall level of the student and target his needs (understanding, expression, grammar, vocabulary, etc.).
With a bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English, Spanish, Italian) and having completed one year of a master's degree in teaching as well as several internships in primary schools, I know the methods and tools of teaching.
I prepare each and every lesson from A to Z, according to my student, based on my knowledge, my background and adapted teaching materials (grammar books, exercises, explanatory videos, etc.).
Thus, each lesson is unique, adapted and prepared especially for my student. My main goal is for everyone to feel at ease in what I offer in order to bring together optimal and fun learning conditions.
Throughout my career, I have been able to teach primary and secondary children but also adults who need to learn a foreign language.
Therefore, my courses are aimed at all levels and all ages!
