About Sophie

I am a year 11 student at Brisbane girls grammar school who is in an ensemble at school and takes lessons myself. I am in grade 6 violin and love to play. I’d love to help others learn and grow their passion.

About the lesson

I will teach students about music theory, help them play the songs and genres they want and teach scales and classics. The lessons will be fun for all and will grow the student’s passion for the violin. Open to all ages up to grade 5 violin!

Sophie would make a really great teacher because she is really flexible, and can help all types of people. She has a perfect balance between formal, and casual in her teaching style. She’s not only academically smart but she’s also, emotionally smart so she can pick up on different peoples needs. She’s also a really awesome friend and has pretty mature and balanced views when approaching any topic. Everyone person has there flaws so obviously she’s not perfect. But she’s hardworking dedicated and good with kids. So if you want someone who cares choose her.
