About Daniela
My name is Daniela Cordero, and I am a freshman in college. I love to listen to music, play soccer, and of course tutor! Spanish was my very first language growing up, and being able to help students during high school was such an amazing experience for me because I got to share my language with others and teach them. I hope to continue tutoring as I start college and will always make time for the student.

My teaching method is in a friendly but pushing way. I first get to know the student on a personal level, taking into account any extracurricular activities they have that influence their study time. I then accommodate study methods with what works best for them. There have been many instances where the student is unsure what their study method is, and I work in order to help them find it. I provide constant reassurance of any extra help, clarification, and motivation to encourage them to keep working hard. As I get to know the student, we create a schedule for each tutoring session depending on the assignments and/or whether there is an exam. I have also used a variety of online resources, games, and practice problems to make the material engaging.
