About Vincent

Most acting coaches will tell you they’ve “worked in the industry.” Cool. So has every barista in Los Angeles. Here’s what I actually did. BFA from the Los Angeles City College Theatre Conservatory. Four years auditioning professionally in LA. Background work on major studio productions. Booked roles on independent films. Signed with talent agencies in Los Angeles and Vancouver, BC, two of the most competitive film markets on the planet. And then I got into the audition rooms for Marvel and Disney. I didn’t book. I know. You were expecting a different ending. So was I. But here’s what that actually means for you: the coaches who booked those roles? They’re on set. They’re not available. They’re not teaching, I am. And I walked out of those rooms with something more useful than a credit. I walked out knowing exactly what happens inside them. What casting is actually looking for. What directors actually respond to. What the difference actually is between the actor who gets a callback and the one who doesn’t. I spent the next year as a Key Production Assistant on major motion picture and TV sets in Vancouver. Sixteen-hour days. Every department. Camera, lighting, sound, wardrobe, casting, direction. I didn’t stand in the corner and look busy. I asked questions. I built a complete internal model of how this industry actually operates, not how the YouTube coaches say it does. Most acting coaches teach technique. Some teach industry. Very few have stood in the audition room and then walked around to the other side of the camera. I have. And I can teach you what I know and what I’ve learned over the course of 15 years about bringing stories to life. I’m Vincent. This is Thee Collective. Let’s get to work.. WHAT I COACH
• Beginner Foundations — Is acting right for you? How does the industry actually work? Where do you start without wasting years going in the wrong direction?
• Audition Technique — Cold reading, prepared sides, self-tape coaching, callback preparation. What the room actually wants from you.
∙ Scene Study — Breaking down scenes, playing objectives, finding the truth of the moment, relationship dynamics that read on camera.
∙ Character Analysis — Deep character development, backstory construction, physical and psychological character building for specific roles.
∙ Self-Tape Coaching — Technical setup, performance coaching, and submission strategy. Self-tapes are now the first audition. Most actors are losing the role before anyone sees them perform.
∙ Industry Navigation — Agents, managers, casting directors, headshots, résumés, market selection. The practical architecture of a working actor’s career.
∙ Advanced Performance Coaching — For working actors preparing for specific productions, major auditions, or new market entry (LA, Vancouver, New York, London).
