About Saranga
Hi, I’m Saranga Kalita, a dedicated personal trainer with a deep passion for fitness and health. I’ve helped people of all fitness levels—from beginners to athletes—achieve visible transformations through discipline and smart training. My journey started with sports and evolved into coaching because I love seeing people grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. Fitness sirf ek goal nahi hai, ek journey hai – aur main aapke saath hoon is journey mein. (“Fitness is not just a goal, it’s a journey – and I’m with you on that journey.”) I create a motivating, non-judgmental space where your progress becomes my priority.
