About Blyth

I have 12 years of experience as a Spanish tutor, teaching High School and College students. I have successfully taught around 150–200 students, helping them improve their language skills and academic performance.

My teaching philosophy focuses on personalised and practical learning. I adjust lessons to suit each student’s learning style and pace. I emphasise grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation, using real-life examples to make learning easier.

One of my main achievements is guiding students towards better exam results and stronger communication skills. Many students who once found Spanish challenging have gained confidence and improved steadily.

I believe in creating a calm and positive learning environment. I encourage students to ask questions and practise regularly. My goal is to help students understand Spanish clearly and use it confidently in their studies and future careers.

About the lesson

My Spanish teaching methodology focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to make language learning interactive, structured, and enjoyable for students of all levels.

I use creative techniques like dialogues, storytelling, role plays, and real-life examples. These methods help students understand Spanish naturally and gain confidence in speaking and listening.

As a mentor, I guide students through grammar and sentence formation in a simple and logical way. I encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning.

Accountability is a key part of my approach. I set clear goals, provide regular exercises, and track progress to ensure students stay disciplined and motivated.

Along with Spanish, I also teach related subjects such as grammar fundamentals, vocabulary building, pronunciation improvement, conversational Spanish, and cultural awareness.
