About Ayla
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My goal is to make learning English simple, enjoyable, and effective. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their language skills step by step.
This experience has helped me understand student challenges and guide them in the best way. One of my biggest achievements is helping students gain confidence in speaking and writing English. Many of them have shown great improvement in academics and communication.
My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I encourage regular practice and active participation. I am committed to helping students grow and succeed.

My teaching style for ESL is based on practical learning, interaction, and real-world application. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students understand how English is used in different situations such as daily conversations, professional communication, and academic tasks.
This makes learning more engaging and useful. I focus on motivation by creating a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to participate actively. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life tasks that improve fluency, accuracy, and confidence.
I teach with integrity by giving honest and constructive feedback and guiding students clearly through their learning journey. I also maintain flexibility by adapting my teaching methods according to each student’s level and progress. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
