About Scotte
I am a committed ESL tutor with 14 years of experience helping high school and college students learn English. Teaching is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to help students build confidence and achieve their goals. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has given me valuable experience in guiding learners at different levels.
I focus on building strong basics and improving communication skills through consistent practice and clear explanations. A major milestone in my journey has been helping students gain confidence in speaking English. Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills.
My teaching style is simple, interactive, and encouraging. I create a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. My goal is to make learning English meaningful, enjoyable, and useful for real-life situations.

My ESL teaching methodology combines real-life examples, interactive exercises, and problem-solving techniques to help students become confident communicators. I use case studies and practical situations to show how English is applied in conversations, work, and academic settings.
Motivation is central, and I create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively and practice consistently. Problem-solving activities, including role-plays, discussions, and scenario exercises, help students develop fluency, critical thinking, and communication skills.
I teach with integrity, providing honest feedback and clear guidance to help students improve. Flexibility is an important part of my approach, allowing lessons to adapt to each student’s level, pace, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to provide a full language learning experience.
