As a certified Pilates instructor with a Polar Star certification, I bring years of experience and knowledge to each class. I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development, which allows me to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in Pilates instruction.
In addition to my expertise in Pilates, I am also a flexible and adaptable teacher who is able to tailor my approach to meet the needs of individual students. Whether you prefer a slower, more meditative pace or a high-energy, challenging workout, I will work with you to create a plan that suits your goals and preferences.
