My son started working with this tutor in 10th grade when he was having a hard time keeping up with AP Biology and Honors Literature. He has always been a strong student, but he needed some extra help to really do well in those classes, especially in writing. He was also trying to enter a writing competition at the time, so we were looking for someone who could guide him.

She was amazing from the start. She helped him understand the material better, but more importantly, she helped him become a stronger and more confident writer. She knew how to push him without overwhelming him, and he really responded to that.

What I appreciated most is that she stayed with him all the way through high school. She helped him with his college applications and gave him great advice throughout the process. She also worked with him on writing and helped him publish his own book, which was a huge accomplishment and really helped his applications stand out.

In the end, he was accepted into Duke, and I truly believe her support played a big role in that. I am very grateful we found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a tutor who really cares and goes above and beyond.
