About Marlene

My Bio I have worked for over 35 years with both individuals, employers, business professionals, leaders, pastors, and their spouses to help them resolve crisis, trauma, conflict and realize their professional and personal dreams, goals and desires. I have worked with crisis & trauma survivors and their providers to help teach and train them to build and rebuild their lives both emotionally, physically and spiritually after grief, loss and identity theft. Along with using my personal gifts and talents in the areas of business and pastoral skills, I can help you through the power and wisdom of God be mentored and teach you to mentor others. I want to help you build your personal & business portfolio. I believe healthy communication, self-care and conflict resolution skills; are three of the main keys to success! You can do this! God searches today not for those who are perfect, but those who will make Him their single desire and in essence find the gifts and calling He has already planned for your life. You may not even realize that you responded to a call. You may think you merely answered a plea for help, or just knew it was your turn to help someone who was hurting, be a mother, preach the gospel, or start your own ministry or business! God’s call can come in many ways: through the voice of a friend through prayerful discernment from the challenge of a sermon by identifying your spiritual gifts upon seeing a need and responding through the strong movement of the Holy Spirit even by a seeming accident as you "fall" into teaching. My call came as a little girl, I ran as a teenager, then in my late twenties, the LORD said, "Marlene, It's Time." It was time for me to answer His Call, Listen to His Voice, Obey His Will for my life, Help Others to do the same. That is what I was called to do, to help others find their way to the path God chose and designed for them. Please give me a call for a complimentary first-time lesson about YOU!

About the lesson

I have been mentoring, teaching and training for over 35+ years and have a one-on-one approach to work with individuals and groups in person, or via zoom.

I will work alongside you, as well as give assignments to do individually. I will give you lesson plans a week in advance for you to study, submit and then we will consult about it.

Our meetings are designed to help you grow professionally, personally, and prophetically to navigate your call as a Kingdom Builder and will also be invited to co-host podcasts published on YouTube and Rumble.

You will also receive training from our ministry team at CR Ministries as we pray for you finding your call, purpose, and passion in the Kingdom.
