About Tishya
Hello! I am a passionate fitness enthusiast and personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals build healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves. Through my own fitness journey, I have learned that lasting results come from consistency, proper guidance, and a balanced approach to health.
I believe fitness should be sustainable and enjoyable rather than restrictive. Each class includes guidance on exercise form, motivation, progress tracking, and a cool-down routine to aid recovery.
What makes my coaching unique is my supportive and encouraging approach. I understand that every fitness journey is different, so I create customized workout plans and provide continuous motivation to help clients stay consistent and confident throughout their transformation.
