About Chhesmat
I am a fitness coach from past 3-4 years ,worked in cultfit company
I am mountaineer,an athlete ,a boxer and I love challenging myself with different fitness formats like calisthenics , Cross Training, weight training ,running and , functional and more.
You can have any fitness goal I will help you achieve them ,it can be achieving your first pust to gain muscle .

My teaching method is first to explain and demonstrate and then tell the member to follow and to correct them wherever he/she is going wrong .After every session I make sure to tell them where they are going wrong or need improvement so that we can work better on that.
