I'm George Papasakelariou, a dedicated coach with years of experience in competitive sports and fitness training. As a world medalist, I’ve had the privilege of competing at the highest levels, including earning second place at Brazil word Championships, third place in Trakai, Lithuania, and fourth place in Hamburg and more Balcan and international honors. I also earned a ticket to the Olympics, which reflects my commitment to excellence and my passion for pushing boundaries. I believe that everyone, regardless of their starting point, can achieve great things with the right guidance, consistency, and a positive mindset. My approach to coaching is centered around personalized, results-driven training that’s fun, engaging, and rewarding. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, endurance, or overall fitness, I’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and abilities. I take great pride in providing professional, high-quality training that prioritizes both physical progress and mental motivation. As a world medalist in rowing, my focus is on creating an enjoyable and effective training experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels. I emphasize a dynamic, positive, and engaging environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand.
Teaching Methodology and Techniques:
I adopt a progressive and individualized approach, recognizing that each athlete has unique strengths and goals. My training combines structured drills, functional movements, and interactive exercises to ensure every session is both technically sound and enjoyable.
Adaptive Coaching: I tailor each lesson to fit the needs of the athlete, whether they're a beginner or more experienced, ensuring lessons are both challenging and achievable.
Session Structure & Class Types:
I run my own classes either at my home or in rented indoor spaces. Each session is 60 minutes and includes targeted, high-intensity, and functional workouts. My programs include:
HIIT + Bodyweight Training: Short, intense intervals to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Sprints + Core Training: Explosive exercises to enhance speed, coordination, and core stability.
Functional Circuits: Movement-based circuits that improve agility, mobility, and athletic performance.
Abs & Muscle Movement Sessions: Focused abdominal and full-body strength exercises using dumbbells and bodyweight movements.
Aerobic classes My own aerobic class program, designed by me and properly adjusted to the student, burns around 400–500 calories and lasts 50 minutes.

My programs focus on explosiveness, strength, and overall fitness, and are tailored to each student. I specialize in young athletes aged 11–18, but my lessons are suitable for all ages.
