About Alice
I have a degree in Geography and International development from the University of East Anglia, which I graduated with a 2:1. I began teaching in my second year of university and spent 6 months teaching English on a voluntary basis at a charity school in Cambodia. From this, I have experience teaching both larger groups and individual 1:1 sessions, across a whole range of age groups.
My current role has me working within the learning and development space, so aligns very well with my interest in tutoring and will run in parallel.

I teach individuals at all levels, from SATS and Common Entrance, to A-Levels and degree level help. I take the time to get to know my students, their preferred learning styles and what it is they are looking to achieve -before diving in to lessons.
I then work with the student’s preferred style for any handouts and homework, and during the sessions focus on verbally discussing topics to develop their knowledge.
