About Bechan

Currently teaching Geography and Travel and Tourism in a Cardiff secondary school. I completed my undergraduate degree at Durham University, and teacher training at King’s College London.

My favourite things to teach are the water cycle, the carbon cycle in a geographical context and climate history. I can teach KS3, GCSE and A Level with confidence, just let me know your curriculum and what you’re struggling with in particular. I also studied English, history and politics at A Level. I have experience in teaching pupils with ALN.

I love dogs & crocheting!

About the lesson

Within my lessons I will: - Gauge your learning style and cater my teaching towards that - Provide an understanding and friendly approach to teaching - there’s no shame in not understanding something - Will focus on the needs of the student, including specific focus areas, clarification of teacher feedback on homeworks and areas of improvement

Bechan tutored me in GCSE geography and pulled my grade up from a D to a high B in just a couple of weeks. If we had more time I would have probably been able to get an A !
