About Abi

I am an English literature student at the University of Leeds and have done several discovery modules on psychology in the past 2 years of my undergrad that reignited my passion for psychology and motivated me to start tutoring psychology for GCSE and A-level students. As someone with ADHD, I struggled to concentrate in school so am passionate about encouraging engagement in learning psychology beyond a classroom setting and ensuring no student is disadvantaged due to differing learning needs through my 1-1 tutoring service tailored specifically to your needs.

About the lesson

I'm a passionate and friendly psychology tutor with an A* grade in A-Level Psychology, offering GCSE and A-Level tutoring for students who want to boost their understanding, confidence, and exam performance. Whether you're struggling with tricky concepts like attachment theory, research methods, or biopsychology—or just want to get ahead with your revision and essay writing—I’m here to help! What I offer: Clear explanations tailored to your exam board (AQA, Edexcel, etc.) Help with exam technique and answering past paper questions Revision strategies that actually work Support with coursework (if applicable) Sessions available online or in-person (if local) Friendly, relatable, and patient – I’ve been through the same exams and know how to make it make sense! Message me to book your first session or ask any questions – happy to chat!
