About Surabhi
Teaching is a passion for me. The journey started at an early age when I used to teach my siblings and other kids from the neighborhood. Soon it became part of my life. Along with my busy semester schedule, I used to take some time for working as a teaching assistant, which was persistent throughout my academic and research career.

Striving to stimulate students’ critical thinking skills and intellectual growth in order to set the stage for lifelong learning opportunities is the goal of my teaching. My favorite event in teaching occurs when the class subject matter leads to discussion. I encourage every student to participate in the discussion and if they have any misconceptions, I work with them and make sure that they understand the concept.
