About Prabh

Hi! I’m a fitness coach and injury rehabilitation specialist with a passion for helping people move pain-free, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies — no matter where they’re starting from. I’m trained in: • Sports Rehabilitation • Pilates (instructor in training) • Exercise science for joint-friendly training • Strength and mobility with minimal equipment I’ve worked with clients dealing with: • Lower back pain • Knee injuries (like patellar tendonitis) • Posture issues from long working hours • Shoulder instability and pain • Returning to training after an injury I combine smart movement, proper form, and rehab-based workouts to help you train safely — whether your goal is fat loss, pain reduction, or muscle gain. I know how hard it can be to stay consistent with a busy schedule — that’s why I design my sessions to be efficient, goal-specific, and suitable for people with limited time or no gym access.
