I was born in a rural area of Henan Province, China, and have lived in multiple rural villages and cities across the country since then. This unique experience allows me to deeply understand the lifestyles and cultural traditions of people from different backgrounds—whether it’s the folk customs in rural areas or the daily rhythms of urban residents. I am familiar with traditional Chinese beliefs and have a solid understanding of Kung Fu, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Buddhism, and Taoism—not just their basic concepts, but also the historical stories and practical significance behind these cultural symbols. Additionally, I have traveled to dozens of places in China, from the ancient relics of Xi’an to the mountain villages of Guizhou. This enables me to share vivid, real cultural details that you won’t find in textbooks: for example, when teaching about "solar terms," I’ll tell you how my rural hometown plants crops according to solar terms; when talking about "etiquette," I’ll compare the different customs of hospitality in urban workplaces and rural areas.
