About Emma
ABOUT ME:
My name is Emma and I'm a native Italian speaker with more than 10 years of teaching experience and a degree in Communications at International University of Languages and Media (IULM), Milano. I was born in Pavia (Northern Italy) in 1982, but life took me to Spain first and then Canada for almost 8 years. I've moved back to Europe at the end of 2014.
I’m professional, very organized, easy-going, friendly, fun, patient, and eager for my students to succeed.
I speak Italian, Spanish, English and a bit of French.
WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT ME:
I started taking private Italian language lessons in person from Emma and continue to this time, utilizing Skype since Emma left Canada and returned to Europe in the fall of 2014. I had taken private Italian lessons from a number of other tutors before meeting Emma. Of all of the tutors whose lessons I had attended previously, Emma was the most professional, organized and positive. TEACHING METHODOLOGY:
I offer interactive lessons in audio-video conference via Skype tailored to your needs.
We can focus on what you are more interested in: grammar, writing, reading, listening, conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary and/or translation.
During the first free trial lesson, my main goal is to assess your level and requirements in order to create a lesson plan that fits you perfectly.
Subsequently, before each class I will send you didactic material prepared on the basis of your particular skills and needs and, at the end of every lessons, homework to practice what we have studied together.
Moreover, I offer constant assistance during your learning process. You can email me at any time about any question you may have.
