About Avipsa
I’m a Kathak dancer who taught myself Zumba because I saw how many people struggle to find fun in fitness. Most workouts feel boring or exhausting, so I’ve created a way to make getting fit enjoyable and energizing! My method combines dance, rhythm, and simple moves to help you burn calories and have fun—no need to be a pro, just bring your energy and get moving!
