About Marisa
I come with over 5 years of teaching English online. I am fun and interactive which is why there is never a dull moment in my classes because students are always given interesting topics to talk about and share, whether it's current affairs, food, travel, everyday life and just about anything under the sun that the students might feel comfortable talking about.
I have a Diploma in Interior Decor and Design and recently just completed a short course in Business Management.
I am open-minded, a good and attentive listener, kind and always has a smile on my face, because I'm always happy to teach.

My teaching philosophy is to facilitate learning in a relaxed, open and non-threatening environment where the students are made to feel comfortable, enough to identify their learning difficulties and to challenge them confidently. Watching students’ progress can also be extremely rewarding.
I get a lot of satisfaction from helping my students reach their goals.
My students are allow to practice speaking, to make mistakes, to be corrected and motivated to that they do not become despondence.
I enjoying teaching all types of student: kids, teens and adult of all levels: beginners, intermediates and advanced
