About Margarita
After completing my English degree in Spain, I moved to England to do my teacher training and I completed the PGCE at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have over 12 years of teaching experience working in a variety of schools across the UK. I spent six years working in one of the top independent schools in the country. I was in charge of GCSE and A Level classes and I worked very hard to maintain the school’s high standards for outstanding exam results. I also have experience as a GCSE and A Level examiner. I am an official DELE examiner and I am qualified to prepare for the SIELE exam too. For the past four years I have been working as an online tutor teaching students from all over the world.

I am very passionate about teaching and about my language and culture and that comes across in my lessons. As a language learner myself I fully understand the difficulties we encounter when learning a new language. Each student has different needs and that is why I tailor my lessons to suit you. My lesson planning is thorough and it will reflect your requirements.
In my lessons I provide a variety of interactive, fun-learning opportunities, as well as clear structures which maintain pace and motivation. You also get access to our virtual library where there is a vast array of materials to keep on practising in your own time. I enjoy designing teaching materials and I actively collaborate with several educational websites creating resources. I also have a blog where I share my resources with other teachers and students.
