About Miranda
Learn with me! I like to get to know my students as best as I can so that I can work with their communication and learning style to give them the best class experience possible. I believe this is a key part of having a successful tutor/student relation and reaching learning goals.

I have about 4 years of private tutoring experience. I have taught students ranging from Preschool to college aged in both small group settings and individual instruction settings.
I like to gauge learning goals to start so I can make an individualized lesson plan for my students, so that they can get the best learning experience possible. I encourage speaking in Spanish most if not all of my classes in order to get the maximum amount of immersion.
Typically, we would start with basics of the language and learning grammar rules, some vocab, getting in to some pronunciation of sounds and words. As you advance, I like to incorporate some cultural knowledge as we get into reading comprehension and writing.
