About Ayan
Hello! I'm Ayan Ghosh, a 2024 B.Tech graduate from the Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata. I am an experienced programmer, having solved over 1500 data structures and algorithms (DSA) questions on LeetCode and other platforms, with a rating of 2016 on LeetCode.
I specialize in teaching data structures and algorithms in C++ and Python. Additionally, I am a MERN full-stack developer with three years of practice. Recently, I worked as a frontend developer intern at a startup called TGH Tech.
My skills and dedication have earned me job offers from several reputable companies, including PWC, TCS Prime, Deloitte, and Accenture.
I look forward to helping you on your coding journey!

Teaching methods-
I am a self taught coder and I teach exactly in the manner I followed, also I am aware of the obstacles which every newbie faces. so it will be efficient for you to learn from someone like me who didn't have any guide at all.
Class structure-
I like to teach in a batch of 5 to 6 students where I can understand each one of my students better and can provide personalized guidance. A typical structure of a class includes:
Introduction and Recap: Brief overview of previously covered topics and an introduction to new concepts.
Hands-On Coding: Practical coding exercises that allow students to apply new concepts immediately.
Problem-Solving Sessions: Collaborative discussions to tackle coding challenges and debug code in real-time.
Q&A and Feedback: Open floor for students to ask questions and provide feedback on the session.
Special feature-
I prefer a hands-on approach over memorizing pages of theory before coding. I believe that coding through trial and error, while learning basic concepts along the way, keeps students enthusiastic and enhances their learning. This practical method is the foundation of my teaching style.
Intended audience-
These classes are ideal for college students and high school students in grades 11 and 12 who are aiming to build a career in computer programming and secure positions in reputable IT companies (not only that but you need to have interest in cs first).

During our college days ,he helped me a lot in coding problems and semester exams .I have known him since my college days. He is a good student as well as a teacher. During our college days, whenever I had problems with my code or issues with any concept, I used to ask him for help. His teaching skills are really very good; he makes every concept very clear.
