I’m Shivani, a certified coach, mindfulness facilitator, and meditation teacher. I help people move from burnout, decision fatigue, or emotional fog into clarity, confidence, and calm.
Whether you're navigating personal blocks, professional crossroads, or a general sense of “meh,” I use a structured yet empathetic coaching method that includes diagnostic tools, deep questioning, and guided reflection to help you make sense of your situation — and take action with confidence.

Here's what we will do in our sessions:
- Start with a free trial session so you can see if you feel comfortable with me
- We will discuss what your current challenges are
- I will explain how I will help you through your challenges
- Break down the situation into areas of work on the personal front
- Share insights on each of the areas
- Give you tools to work through each area
- Work with you in each of the aspects to help you heal and grow
This is what I will also give you
- I will try and give you a sense of how many sessions and how much time we might need, to work together (if possible)
- I will create a plan and recommend a structure for our sessions
- After each session I will give you a summary of what we discussed and the reflection work you need to do after the session
- We will review our progress after 3-6 sessions
