I am an engineering student. I have been training people in gym since 2 years from the time I have finished my graduation. This is totally done in private. So I have experience in training people with a proper workout routines and schedules.

I always teach the students in such a way that the results are visible and can be experienced very quickly. I approach each student by their body type, their weight and the type of results they are looking for. So by figuring out what results they are looking for, I'll be designing a perfect routine and schedules as per the need of each student.
