About Jing

I am a warm, patient, and enthusiastic Chinese teacher from Hangzhou, China (the most beautiful city). I like not only dumplings but also pizza. With over 10 years of teaching experience in the United States (worked in the school or as a private tutor), I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to make real progress in Chinese.

About the lesson

I use a student-centered and engaging approach to teach Chinese. I tailor my methods to each learner's age, level, and purpose, combining structured language instruction with interactive activities such as conversation practice, reading, writing, and cultural exploration.

A typical lesson includes a warm-up review, introduction of new language points, guided practice, and meaningful application through speaking or activities. I also provide feedback and optional homework to reinforce learning.
