About Charlotte
Hi there! I am 23 years old and am a friendly yet professional individual who has plenty of experience working with children and a passion for academia.
I have completed a BSc degree in Biology at the University of Sheffield and have since undertaken a conversion to study Law. Whilst studying Biology, I attained a certificate of outstanding achievement in Biological Sciences and achieved a First Class Degree overall.
I am an excellent communicator and am able to create a safe learning space, whilst avoiding a patronising tone.
I am excited to help students realise their full potential and develop an enjoyment for their chosen subject!

I can still remember GCSE/A Level stresses, so can offer an up-to-date approach and will work with students to find a style which suits them! Enjoying our studies helps us to achieve better and so this is a true priority for me, I try to maintain this by frequently checking in with students and letting them provide constant feedback if they wish.
I offer a free first 30 minute session, where students can let me know how they'd like to approach our sessions and I will then plan sessions around this guidance.
Although exams aren't always the main focus for everyone, I tend to base my teaching around what exam boards are looking for to try to develop better grades as well as improved understanding and enjoyment!
I teach GCSE level Sciences and A-Level Biology.
