About Zoe
I am a qualified secondary languages teacher with experience teaching at Primary, Middle, and Secondary schools. I am currently completing a TEFL course for teaching English as a foreign language.
Previously, I studied MA (Hons) Applied Languages and Translation (French/Spanish) at university. I then worked at a French university teaching English during the 19/20 academic year where I taught over 200 students in large, medium and small class sizes along with individual tutorials.
As a teacher, my favourite thing to see is the progress in students' confidence as they improve academically.

I like the structure of a conversation class as it is more informal and promotes natural discussions. I typically choose a topic to discuss and use a range or media to make the class interesting for students. I currently work with students 18+ at university level but I have perviously worked with students aged 8-18 at a summer camp for language learning.
