Lydia acts as a great motivator for those who work with her. Her obvious enthusiasm for learning and spreading her own knowledge provides great encouragement and inspiration. She is a natural with working with people across the scope of understanding as is clear in her desire to see other people reach their academic targets regardless of the level at which they are at. She is clear at communicating exactly what she needs to say and is endlessly patient with anyone she is helping.
