About Lello

My name is Lello, and I am a Canadian university graduate with a degree in Psychology and a concentration in Forensic Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada’s capital.

I am a native English speaker and bring a patient, professional, and encouraging approach to every lesson. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions, practice speaking, and improve without feeling judged.

I focus on clear communication, practical English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and everyday conversation. I also adapt lessons to each student’s goals, level, and learning style.

I take tutoring seriously and aim to be reliable, prepared, respectful, and supportive. I want my students to feel confident that they are learning with someone who genuinely cares about their progress and success.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is patient, supportive, and focused on helping students use English confidently in real-life situations. I believe students learn best when lessons feel comfortable, practical, and connected to their personal goals.

My teaching methods include conversation practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation support, grammar correction, reading practice, and everyday English expressions. I explain concepts clearly and adjust my teaching style depending on the student’s level and learning needs.

A typical lesson may begin with a short conversation, followed by focused practice on vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, or speaking. I also like to use real-life topics such as work, travel, daily routines, interviews, and common conversations.

What sets me apart is my background in Psychology from Carleton University and my patient, encouraging approach. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I try to make lessons comfortable and personalized.

My lessons are best suited for beginner and intermediate English learners, newcomers to Canada, adults who want to improve their conversational English, and students who want more confidence speaking in everyday or professional situations.
