About Ho
I am an experienced Mandarin tutor with university bachelor degrees. I also hold a certificate in Early Childhood Education. I have always been passionate about teaching as I get a great sense of achievement from seeing the student develop their knowledge. I have 2 years of teaching experience in a tuition centre and as a home maths tutor before attending university. I also have 3 years of experience working as a childcare educator and am currently studying for a master's in teaching. I would like to invite you to book a trial lesson with me to embark on an interesting and productive learning journey together. We can work together to achieve your learning goals and cultivate your communication skills. Ni hao! I am a native Mandarin speaker from Malaysia and I reside in Australia, thus I’m bilingual and fluent in both Mandarin and English. My lessons are conducted online through Superprof virtual classroom or Zoom. I have empathy, patience, engagement, active listening, a respectful attitude, and I continuously evaluate what's working for my students, while I possess a well-grounded knowledge of the content areas that are central to the teaching.
