What a lesson with me will typically look like:
Before the lesson: A topic is chosen by both the student and tutor to target key areas of weakness.
Starter activity: Check-in with the student, revisit recently covered material and introduce key themes for the topic of the lesson.
Core: Focusing on the chosen topic, building understanding and confidence through a range of interactive activities. This is where the student can bring any challenges they have had with the topic to the table.
Wrap-up: Consolidate the learning and assess understanding. Assign any relevant tasks or homework.
