I am a secondary school teacher and have 10 years experience teaching chemistry to Alevel and GCSE as well as experience teaching science to GCSE. I enjoy the challenge of chemistry and love helping others to build and develop their confidence in it too!

I like to start with the basics, really taking it back to the bare bones and building from there. I feel it helps make sure everyone is on a level playing field. I encourage students to ask lots of questions, to stop me when they need to ask a question, no matter how silly they think they may be. I want students to feel comfortable and confident to ask questions/explaining the answer however many times it takes to make sure that they fully understand the concept we are dealing with. I enjoy breaking things down to show students that they can get the marks from questions they feel are difficult I enjoy seeing their confidence growing!
