About Allan
I'm Allan, a French personal trainer now based in South Africa. For the past 7 years I've built and run my own coaching business, working hands-on with over 50 clients in person and 1,200+ online — helping people lose weight, build muscle, and get back in shape through personalised training and nutrition plans.
I believe real results come from understanding your own body, not just following instructions, so I always take the time to explain the 'why' behind every session.
I also pay close attention to the mental side — motivation, consistency, and your relationship with food — because that's often what makes or breaks long-term results. I'm reliable, structured, and genuinely invested in your progress.

My approach is simple: your programme adapts to your life, not the other way around. With 7 years of experience coaching over 50 clients in person and 1,200+ online, I build personalised training and nutrition plans and explain the 'why' behind every exercise, so you actually understand what you're doing.
I also work on what usually makes people give up — fading motivation, inconsistency, and the emotions behind food choices — not just the physical side. I teach in French and English. A typical session starts with a quick check-in on your week, a warm-up, focused technique work, and clear feedback throughout.
My lessons suit all levels and goals — weight loss, muscle gain, toning, or general fitness — whether you're a complete beginner or already active.
