About Amaal
I am extremely comfortable with the new GCSE syllabus due to prior experience handling the material to aid ks3 students, particularly in English and French. My achievement of excellent grades within this new system also gives me a special advantage in understanding students' difficulties and what they require to overcome these hurdles. I believe boosting students' confidence in their approach to education is just as key to their academic success as developing technical skills.

French- emphasis on grammar/vocab development via expansion of cultural knowledge. I have previous experience assisting secondary level students to improve their oratory skills.
History- development of analytical and evaluative skills to supplement proper use of fact based knowledge in essays.
English Language- practicing exam questions to perfect technique, and familiarising students with varied texts to recognise and eventually utilise literary techniques. I also have previous experience aiding ks3 students on their reading and comprehension.
English Literature- digging deeper into set texts to easily identify language devices and main themes. Building grasp of contemporay context to make students capable of analysing author's intent and the purpose of characters.
I always leave room to be flexible depending on the unique needs of each student- no two students are the same!
