About Lauren
In June 2020 I graduated with First Class Honours from a French and Hispanic Studies degree (with a distinction in spoken French and Spanish) at the University of Aberdeen. During my degree I spent one semester at the Université de La Réunion and one semester at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Over the course of my degree I studied topics such as culture, history, literature, linguistics and politics in countries where Spanish and French are spoken.
I have experience in tutoring Spanish, and I was also a music tutor for several years.
I recently completed the PGDE (secondary) course and will soon start work as a French and Spanish teacher. I also completed a 120-hour TEFL course online which had a module on teaching adult learners.

I can guide you through grammar, help you learn more vocabulary, and I can also offer an insight into culture and history. Classes cover reading, writing, listening and speaking, focusing on whichever you prefer.
