About Natalie
My name is Natalie and I'm so excited to be going on this learning journey with you. I qualified as a Foundation Phase teacher on 20 March 2019. I have been teaching children for over 5 years now, between the ages of 4 and 9 years old. I would love to help you reach your learning goals for 2025 and I know through encouragement, consistent hard work and a bit of fun, we can reach these goals together. I promise to provide you with learning material that is age-appropriate, progressional, adapted to your learning style and in line with curriculum standards.

My passion for teaching comes from this idea of influence at a young age can change attitudes. I love music and stories, and use both to enrich my lessons and keep it fun and engaging for my learners. I believe that every learner is an individual who will flourish, given an environment that provides hands-on activities and play-based activities, differentiated instruction that caters to diverse learning styles and lastly good relationships built with both the learner and their parents. I do feel it is vitally important to create a safe teaching space that is inclusive, and nurtures careful risk-taking.
